What types of baggage do you store?
- Ski/pole bags (ski & boot bag counts as one)

Each bag must be under 50 pounds. Overweight bags will incur a $1/pound surcharge per week.
What areas do you service?
Ski Stasher will pickup and drop-off bags within 20 miles of Salt Lake City’s downtown, including Salt Lake City International Airport, SLC. Distance is calculated from City Creek Center.
For addresses further than 10 miles from City Creek, a $15 surcharge will be added to each pickup and drop-off.

Unfortunately we do not currently deliver to Brighton, Solitude, Snowbird, Alta, Snowbasin, Power Mountain, Park City Resort, or Deer Valley.
What are your hours?
Our pickup and drop-off hours are from 10am – 8pm daily.
Unfortunately there is no self pick-up or drop-off at our facility.
Can you pickup or drop-off at SLC Airport?
We will drop-off bags at SLC Airport, from the upstairs passenger dropoff curb. You must be available and waiting.

Do I need to be there when you arrive?
Yes, you must have someone available at pick-up and delivery for signature and ID check.
Bags will be picked up and delivered curbside on the sidewalk to the designated individual. This policy is to eliminate any theft from unattended belongings.
Unfortunately we do not enter houses, apartments, or hotels as part of our collection service.
Can I make changes or cancel?
We will do our best to accommodate changes to your schedule, please contact us with any modification.
Cancellations must be received within 48 hours of your pick-up time. Any cancellations within 48 hours will be non-refundable.
Terms and Conditions
OVERVIEW The services offered by Ski Stasher LLC are subject to these “Terms & Conditions of Service.” These terms are applicable on an individual basis for luggage services and all related services finalized with both the licensee and the customer.
DEFINITIONS The following terms apply to the contract for luggage services and all related services:
- “we”, “us”, “our”, and “staff in charge” refer to Ski Stasher LLC, including its partners, licensees, and associates.
- “Vendor”, “Customer(s)”, “you”, and “your” refer to the customer, the holder of a luggage service claim ticket, hereinafter referred to as a “receipt”.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS These terms govern the services for luggage pickup, storage, and return provided by Ski Stasher LLC. By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions on behalf of yourself. These terms can only be altered in writing by one of our authorized executives. When you request our services, either orally or in writing, you are bound by these terms.
SERVICE DESCRIPTION – LUGGAGE STORAGE We will store your luggage at our private facility for the period indicated on your confirmation, from the time of pick-up to the specified return time.
- Vendors/Customers must agree to the terms and conditions and the waiver of liability.
- No refunds are issued.
- Payments are accepted via cash, online payment services, and credit cards.
- Reservations are confirmed via emails sent to reserve@skistasher.com
- Operating hours are subject to change.
- Reservations can be made 24/7 via our website.
- A claim ticket is provided to the customer upon baggage pick-up
- Customers must not leave valuables in their luggage, and Ski Stasher LLC is not liable for the contents.
LATE PICKUP/RETURN Ski Stasher provides scheduled pickup and dropoff, exact arrival time will be communicated day of. If our porter must wait more than 15 minutes past the confirmed arrival time, a late fee of $10 per fifteen minutes will be charged.
FORGOTTEN LUGGAGE If unclaimed after 24 hours, a weekly fee applies. Forgotten luggage will be held for 28 days and sold or auctioned after 45 days.
SERVICE DESCRIPTION – CONCIERGE LUGGAGE SERVICE
Our administrative office handles:
- Receiving requests via phone or online.
- Confirming requests.
- Entering customer details into our CRM.
- Securing payment.
- Creating claim tickets and tag labels.
- Dispatching drivers for pickup.
Driver responsibilities include:
- Meeting customers curbside, verification of customer order, tagging bags, and providing tags.
- Returning luggage on time and verifying customer upon delivery.
BANNED AND DANGEROUS ITEMS We do not store or handle hazardous items, including but not limited to: live or dead plants and animals, pornographic material, weapons, high-value software, garbage, political material, hazardous substances, drugs, art, antiques, precious metals and stones, bulky goods, important documents, architectural models, and watches.
RIGHT OF INSPECTION Ski Stasher LLC and/or any Governmental Authority may inspect luggage for security reasons at any time.
YOUR OBLIGATIONS You guarantee that:
- Ski Stasher LLC has the right to handle your luggage.
- Your contact details are accurate.
- Your luggage is safely packed and does not contain prohibited items.
- The luggage contents are not harmful to other luggage or our facilities.
- You comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- The value of each luggage piece does not exceed $1,000.
- You indemnify us from any liability or costs arising from breaches of these warranties.
EXTENT OF OUR LIABILITY Our liability is limited to $400 per luggage item, governed by state statutes and insurance terms. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, missed travel connections, or damages beyond our control.
INSURANCE Customer luggage is covered by their travel insurance.
RATES AND TERMS OF PAYMENT All service charges must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed. Rates are available on our website. Refunds or cancellations are allowed with a 48-hour notice before the service date.
APPLICABLE LAW If any part of this agreement is declared invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective. Disputes are governed by state law.
USE OF SITE/SERVICES You may use our site for business transactions. Unauthorized use is prohibited, including but not limited to:
- Modifying or exploiting site content.
- Removing proprietary notices.
- Using automated tools to access the site.
- Collecting information about users.
- Creating fraudulent accounts.
- Transmitting viruses or harmful software.
- Violating site security.
- Overloading the site’s infrastructure.
- Violating local, state, federal, or international laws.
- Collecting personal data for prohibited activities.
No license or right is granted to you or any user beyond what is expressly provided in these terms.
